We don’t focus on where a young person started. We look at where they’re headed. Brilliance grows in every community. The chance to be seen and supported does not. We exist to close that gap.
Talent is everywhere
Curious, capable kids grow up in every kind of community — rural and urban, rich and poor.

Too many of them are never spotted, stretched, or given a real chance to rise.

The NC Idea Challenge
Our first statewide program asks North Carolina students (grades 5–12) and educators one question: what’s your idea to help your community? Answer with a short video. Up to 500 winners each receive $1,000. It’s free to enter, and it’s open now.
